Prince George’s County was building a new state of the art communications facility and needed to outfit the center with 77 new communications positions for call taking, and police and fire dispatch. The project timing required that the facility, interior and furnishings be finished for a grand opening ceremony on Nov 30th 2010.

Our team coordinated and consulted with multiple vendors and trades people to ensure a smooth and timely implementation. Careful planning ensured that every aspect of the project was addressed and all risks identified and managed. Multiple building delays and schedule changes were efficiently handled to deliver and install the final product according to schedule.
The consoles were installed according to a tight schedule and finished on time for the building grand opening ceremony. Workmanship and attention to detail resulted in a delivered and installed product with an extremely minor defect list enabling the supplier to receive full payment including holdback within 30 days of installation.
