Meet Holly

The field of public safety includes all aspects of operational performance involved in delivery of Fire, Police, and Ambulance emergency response and mitigation services. Public safety, like most other industries, is currently the focus of significant change resulting from emerging hardware and software technologies. Additionally, the importance placed on public safety by governments and citizens is affecting transparency and accountability requirements. BH Group Inc. markets services to public safety agencies, local and provincial governments, and private sector providers of public safety integration, hardware, and software.

A decision was made early on to actively cultivate partnerships rather than assemble non-core talent under the company umbrella. This decision has proven to be beneficial for several reasons. First, the structure allows our team to be agile and cost competitive by providing the right service without associated overhead costs. Second, we are able to maintain a highly skilled pool of talent, and we can mix and match skill sets to tasks as required.

An additional benefit of partnerships means that when unforeseen requirements or challenges arise outside the established Scope of Work, we have resources ready to assist.
